Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of bespoke care technology solutions for vulnerable individuals with complex or unique needs
- Process complex Care Technology referrals by exploring innovative, tailored options to meet desired outcomes and challenges
- Collaborate with Argenti partners and social care practitioners to co-design effective technology-enabled solutions
- Host regular conversations with social care professionals to identify key needs, risks, and aspirations
- Match appropriate technology (or combination of technologies) from Argenti’s portfolio to individual needs
- Think flexibly and creatively, including proposing or sourcing new solutions for testing and piloting when existing options are insufficient
- Work in partnership with social care professionals to co-design person-centred solutions for complex cases
- Advise and guide social care practitioners in identifying and specifying needs for complex Care Technology referrals
- Support specialist Care Technology installations for complex cases, including in supported living schemes, virtual support, and with children and families
- Champion service user outcomes by ensuring solutions enhance independence, wellbeing, and safety
- Document and share learnings from complex cases to contribute to best practice across the Argenti partnership and council partners
- Contribute to Argenti-wide innovation and evaluation processes in collaboration with the Argenti Innovation Specialist

Work Arrangement
Hybrid — London, Southwest London, Victoria, national travel
Team
Reports to: Argenti Operations Manager
Additional Information
- Hybrid working - minimum of 2 days per week in the office or on client site
- Flexible working with autonomy to manage time and diary for work/life balance
- Role may involve up to 5 days per week on a client site
- 40 hours a week worked within 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
- Opportunity to work across Argenti services with potential for national travel
