Attentive was looking for a Compensation Manager

Attentive is hiring a Compensation Manager to lead the development and administration of our global compensation programs. You will ensure our strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and administer base salary, bonus, and equity compensation programs
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to provide compensation guidance and support business decisions
  • Develop and maintain compensation policies, guidelines, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
  • Lead compensation-related projects such as market reviews, pay equity analyses, and program enhancements

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in compensation analysis and program management
  • Proven expertise in job architecture, market pricing, and incentive plan design
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Knowledge of relevant compensation regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex compensation concepts to various stakeholders
