Attentive is hiring a Compensation Manager to lead the development and administration of our global compensation programs. You will ensure our strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and administer base salary, bonus, and equity compensation programs
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures
- Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to provide compensation guidance and support business decisions
- Develop and maintain compensation policies, guidelines, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
- Lead compensation-related projects such as market reviews, pay equity analyses, and program enhancements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in compensation analysis and program management
- Proven expertise in job architecture, market pricing, and incentive plan design
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Knowledge of relevant compensation regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex compensation concepts to various stakeholders
