Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain salary structures and grading frameworks
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends and discrepancies

  • Create models for bonus, equity, and incentive plans
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor regulations
  • Lead compensation benchmarking using market data
  • Support annual review cycles and executive compensation planning
  • Translate business needs into structured pay policies
  • Collaborate with finance on total rewards reporting
  • Maintain compensation software and data integrity
  • Provide guidance on pay decisions during hiring and promotions
  • Design surveys and manage third-party vendor relationships
  • Evaluate job levels and conduct job evaluations
  • Improve internal processes for efficiency and accuracy
  • Deliver training to managers on compensation principles
  • Monitor legal and regulatory changes affecting pay practices
  • Support diversity and inclusion goals through equitable pay design
  • Produce dashboards and reports for leadership review
  • Align global compensation strategies with local practices
