Shape the future of global compensation by supporting the design and implementation of pay strategies that attract and retain talent. In this role, you’ll work alongside leadership to refine compensation frameworks, align with business goals, and ensure adherence to evolving regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the implementation of global compensation practices, including job architecture, leveling, and incentive structures.
- Support annual compensation cycles, from administration to communication, while mentoring teams on program guidelines.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define salary ranges in new and expanding markets.
- Analyze the competitiveness and impact of current programs, modeling alternative approaches for improved outcomes.
- Stay current with international pay regulations through coordination with HR, legal, and external experts.
- Advise hiring teams and business partners on role evaluation and market-based pay decisions.
- Integrate AI and automation tools to enhance transparency, forecasting, and scalability in compensation processes.
- Lead or support strategic projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Foster understanding of compensation philosophy across departments through strong cross-functional relationships.
- Work with Total Rewards leaders to refine systems and processes for greater efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years in compensation analysis or consulting, preferably within technology or software sectors.
- Proven ability to communicate complex compensation topics to diverse audiences, including senior management.
- Deep understanding of global compensation compliance and local labor laws in multiple operating regions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering formal presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite.
- Adaptability in a changing environment, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to refine approaches as needed.
- Skilled at balancing speed and quality to deliver practical, impactful solutions.
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with Workday HR systems.
