scale up is looking for a Community & Podcast Specialist to help organize and implement an inspiring podcast featuring high-profile guests and strong community engagement. You’ll work closely with two partners/coaches, enabling them to focus on content and guest interaction while you manage the operational and promotional aspects.
What You'll Do
- Support the organization and implementation of the podcast.
- Acquire new high-profile guests with a target of 12-16 guests per year.
- Source community questions for guests per episode, aiming for 3-9 questions per episode.
- Manage social media promotion, including shares of podcast posts (5-15 shares per post) and posts per guest (1-3 posts).
- Ensure high satisfaction of the internal marketing team, targeting an NPS of 50-100.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled student in a relevant field.
- Proficient in social media, especially LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of community management.
- Experience editing audio/video material and using common editing software.
- Very good German and English language skills (spoken and written).
- High initiative, independent and goal-oriented work style.
- Willingness to work remotely and proactively integrate into the marketing team.
Nice to Have
- First experience in podcast production.
