baesh social UG, a Gen-Z social platform connecting people through real-life events and shared interests, is seeking a student for a mandatory internship. As a Growth & Community Intern, you will develop skills in social media, marketing, and sales within a dynamic startup environment while taking responsibility for projects with real impact.
What You'll Do
- Bring people together through events and strategic partnerships.
- Support content marketing and social media strategy on TikTok and Instagram.
- Help with event execution, brainstorming, and testing marketing strategies.
- Research relevant communities, locations, influencers, and local initiatives.
- Contact potential partners, event organizers, and community leads to introduce baesh.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential cooperation partners.
- Collect user feedback and summarize key insights.
What We're Looking For
- You live in Berlin and understand the local culture, vibes, and events.
- You possess strong written and oral communication skills in both German and English.
- You are a social wizard who loves people, conversations, and making everyone feel welcome.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, proactively recognizing opportunities and taking action.
- You are hands-on and ready to help out everywhere, even outside your core tasks.
Team & Environment
You will join a small, agile startup team of 1-10 employees, reporting directly to the founders.
