Scale Army is looking for a Community Marketing Account Manager to own client relationships and champion our brand ambassador program. In this remote, client-facing role, you’ll be the pivotal link between our clients and our community-driven marketing efforts, ensuring satisfaction and strategic success.
What You'll Do
- Lead smooth client onboarding by learning their brand, products, and goals, and conducting kickoff meetings.
- Plan brand activity in online communities and train brand ambassadors to effectively promote clients' products.
- Serve as the go-to contact for up to 20 clients, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Guide and support brand ambassadors, ensuring their activities align with client strategy and daily quotas are met.
- Deliver weekly email updates to clients and conduct monthly meetings to showcase results, gather feedback, and plan ahead.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years in client-facing roles like Account Management or Project Management, ideally in marketing, social media, SEO, PR, or community management.
- Personal or professional experience working with community platforms like Reddit, Facebook Groups, Quora, and other online discussion forums.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excel in a remote work environment and are available during U.S. business hours (PST, CST, or EST).
