About the Role

This position is responsible for cultivating a vibrant and informed community in Thailand by connecting local users with global initiatives through authentic engagement and localized strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies tailored to the Thai market
  • Foster relationships with local users, partners, and influencers
  • Organize and manage online and in-person events to increase brand visibility
  • Monitor community feedback and relay insights to internal teams
  • Create localized content for social media and messaging platforms
  • Respond to community inquiries and manage sentiment effectively
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with regional interests
  • Track engagement metrics and report on community growth
  • Stay updated on local trends, regulations, and cultural nuances
  • Support crisis communication efforts when needed
  • Translate global messaging into culturally relevant narratives
  • Drive user education initiatives through workshops and AMAs
  • Identify growth opportunities within regional user segments
  • Maintain active presence across key digital community platforms
  • Ensure brand consistency while adapting tone for local audiences
  • Facilitate community moderation and promote positive interactions
  • Gather competitive intelligence from regional market activities
  • Work closely with product teams to share user feedback
  • Support localization of platform features and announcements
  • Promote referral and advocacy programs within the community
