Responsibilities
- Monitor social media platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to address player questions, highlight major achievements, and maintain a constructive community atmosphere.
- Recognize and forward complicated player concerns, technical problems, or VIP-related matters to the appropriate OSMM or customer support teams.
- Support the creation of spontaneous social content and adapt brand communications through translation to align with sports and casino community values.
- Manage the technical aspects of the social media calendar, ensuring all approved content is scheduled and published correctly across channels.
- Track organic post performance in real time, identify content with strong engagement, and recommend it for paid promotion.
- Extract monthly performance data and metrics, and provide preliminary analysis on community sentiment and engagement patterns for reporting purposes.
