About the Role

We're seeking a proactive leader to build and nurture a thriving community of users, partners, and advocates. This role will design engagement strategies, manage community platforms, and act as a voice of the community across internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for community growth and engagement
  • Cultivate relationships with active members and identify emerging advocates
  • Host live events, virtual meetups, and online discussions to deepen connections
  • Monitor community sentiment and surface key insights to product and support teams
  • Collaborate with marketing to amplify user stories and success cases
  • Create regular content and updates to keep members informed and involved
  • Moderate discussions to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment
  • Track engagement metrics and report on community health and impact
  • Integrate feedback from members into product development workflows
  • Support onboarding for new community participants
  • Coordinate with customer success to strengthen user retention
  • Manage community-specific communication channels across platforms
  • Develop programs that reward contributions and long-term involvement
  • Identify partnership opportunities with external organizations or influencers
  • Ensure brand consistency in all community-facing interactions
  • Respond to urgent community issues with clear and timely communication
  • Maintain documentation for community guidelines and best practices
  • Work with legal and compliance to uphold data and privacy standards
  • Gather testimonials and case studies from engaged members
  • Stay informed on industry trends in community management and digital engagement
