Sourcewell is hiring a Community Health Resource Administrator

About the Role

Sourcewell is looking for a Community Health Resource Administrator to foster collaboration and support community health planning. You will facilitate a community health advisory council and member networks across a five-county region, turning stakeholder insights into actionable strategies and resources.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials.
  • Deliver engagement activities to build relationships and identify stakeholder needs and concerns.
  • Design community consultation exercises, analyze results, and involve the community voice in decision-making.
  • Establish links and build relationships with community groups and organizations.
  • Create and coordinate community partnership projects and events.
  • Plan and deliver events on schedule and within budget.
  • Work with internal and external partners to generate new ideas for conferences and events.
  • Deliver small project workstreams within defined time and quality parameters.
  • Develop and improve relationships with the Advisory Council, identifying priorities and strategic challenges.
  • Ensure funding program compliance with organizational and statutory guidelines.
  • Design and implement regional mental health tools and strategies.
  • Develop your own capabilities through training and maintain professional accreditation.
  • Maintain understanding of relevant technology, regulation, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, community health, behavioral sciences, or related field OR equivalent combination of post-secondary training, professional education, and related experience equivalent to four (4) years.
  • Three (3) years of related experience.
  • Experience with community engagement, strategy development, and resource development.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mental health and community wellness.
  • Experience with community engagement techniques.
  • General knowledge and ability in working with databases and budgets.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $77,904 - $97,380 annually (Grade 15, Exempt). Salary may exceed midpoint commensurate with experience.
  • Paid volunteer time for staff.

Work Mode

This is a remote role serving Region 5 (a five-county region).
