About the Role

What You'll Do

You will manage a portfolio of clients, taking full ownership of revenue outcomes and market share performance. Your focus will be on identifying growth opportunities, addressing structural barriers, and executing strategic plans that increase application volume, funded loans, and average loan size. You’ll build credibility with client stakeholders, lead proactive commercial conversations, and guide partners through onboarding and product adoption.

Using data from Salesforce and other sources, you’ll maintain visibility into pipeline trends, conversion rates, and unrealized potential. You’ll forecast performance, develop account-specific strategies, and collaborate across teams to resolve systemic issues that impact results. Your role ensures operational alignment between clients and internal teams, improving speed, funding consistency, and borrower experience.

You’ll also represent client insights to internal leadership, advocating for improvements in product, pricing, and processes while safeguarding company interests. By maintaining up-to-date knowledge of underwriting, technology, and funding requirements, you’ll act as a subject matter expert both externally and internally.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated accountability for revenue and performance metrics
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on sales and growth outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to diagnose root causes of performance gaps
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, especially in complex stakeholder environments
  • Comfort engaging with owners, operators, and senior-level contacts
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and disciplined data management practices
  • Detail-oriented execution with consistent follow-through
  • Ability to balance client advocacy with company-first priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in fintech, mortgage, SaaS, or tech-enabled services
  • Experience articulating product value in a SaaS or platform model
  • Familiarity with the manufactured housing sector
