As the Community Education Manager, you will shape how users learn and grow with a leading no-code platform. You’ll design and deliver clear, practical educational content that empowers users to build real-world solutions from the ground up.
What You'll Do
You’ll lead the creation of video tutorials, walkthroughs, and case studies that guide users through their journey. From scripting to production, you’ll own the quality and direction of the platform’s growing video library. Over time, this may expand into structured learning paths tailored to different user stages.
You’ll plan and lead live educational workshops with partners, customers, and community groups. These sessions will help spread knowledge and deepen engagement across diverse audiences.
Represent the platform as a public-facing educator—leading demos, contributing to learning initiatives, and forming partnerships with key communities. Your presence will help onboard new users and strengthen existing networks.
You’ll also co-lead the community forum, working alongside support to test and implement engagement strategies. This includes moderator programs, gamification, beta testing, and other experiments aimed at fostering a healthy, active community.
Requirements
- Deep interest in the no-code movement and hands-on experience with relevant tools, including Softr.
- At least three years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on writing, scripting, and producing educational video content—ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Proven experience hosting online events and managing virtual workshops.
- Confidence appearing on camera and serving as a visible representative of the platform.
