Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and monitor initiatives to increase the number of impactful, sustainable coding clubs in Ireland.
- Establish, strengthen, and maintain productive relationships with new and existing stakeholders to promote Code Club and support its expansion in Ireland.
- Plan and conduct national and regional events, training sessions, and activities to engage and support the Irish Code Club community, both virtually and in person.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to share knowledge and align activities.
- Utilize data to guide decision-making and track progress over time.
- Create structured plans and overviews of work that align with the organization’s goals and key results, and report on advancements.
- Develop content for newsletters, blogs, and social media, and assist with online course moderation.
- Consult with new and existing club leaders to inform program development, and work with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective Code Club processes.
- Create and implement activities to encourage Irish clubs to participate in other initiatives, including Coolest Projects.
- Act as a representative for Code Club and the organization at relevant events.
