HireHawk is looking for a Community & Content Specialist to manage our online community and maintain a consistent brand presence across platforms. You’ll ensure the brand is visible, approachable, and active daily through organized content and meaningful engagement.
What You'll Do
- Engage daily with community members, responding to comments and messages.
- Encourage participation through discussions and activities.
- Build relationships with active community members.
- Maintain a professional and supportive community environment.
- Create short-form videos, posts, and simple graphics.
- Write platform-adapted captions and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Repurpose content into different formats.
- Monitor content performance and suggest new ideas and formats.
- Support follower and community growth to maintain an active brand presence.
- Maintain a content calendar and track engagement and growth metrics.
- Share simple weekly performance updates and coordinate priorities with leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years managing social media, communities, or content accounts.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Comfortable creating or appearing in video content.
- Organized and consistent with posting schedules.
- Understanding of engagement metrics (comments, saves, reach).
- Comfortable working with a remote team.
- Reliable and proactive working style.
Nice to Have
- Experience with recruiting or professional communities.
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn or TikTok.
- Experience growing an account or community.
- Experience creating or managing content inside Skool communities.
