This role is for versatile community and events operators who create engaging experiences and ecosystems that bring people together, both online and in-person. You'll be matched with high-growth startups building communities of customers, developers, users, and operators, helping them foster belonging and momentum through strategic community and event initiatives.

- Creating spaces where people connect, share, and stay
- Running online community spaces
- Launching in-person events
- Managing membership experiences end-to-end
- Designing and executing community touchpoints with care
- Running events from brief to breakdown
- Fostering trust, loyalty, and momentum within communities
