NRI North America was looking for a Communication Manager

NRI North America is hiring a Communication Manager to join our HR department. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that engage employees and support organizational goals.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy aligned with HR and company objectives.
  • Create compelling content for various channels, including emails, intranet posts, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Partner with HR leadership and subject matter experts to communicate policies, programs, and company news.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage communication timelines and ensure consistent messaging across all HR touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an internal communications, corporate communications, or HR communications role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with stakeholders across different departments.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote setting.
