NRI North America is hiring a Communication Manager to join our HR department. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that engage employees and support organizational goals.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy aligned with HR and company objectives.
- Create compelling content for various channels, including emails, intranet posts, newsletters, and presentations.
- Partner with HR leadership and subject matter experts to communicate policies, programs, and company news.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage communication timelines and ensure consistent messaging across all HR touchpoints.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an internal communications, corporate communications, or HR communications role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating effectively with stakeholders across different departments.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote setting.
