Puig is seeking a creative graduate to join our Communication team. This program offers a hands-on role where you will contribute to marketing, content creation, influencer strategy, and communication plans for our brands, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence.
What You'll Do
- Participate in ideating concepts for new launches, including moodboards, concept research, naming, and packaging ideas.
- Support innovation development teams and coordinate production of all launch support materials.
- Set 360° launch strategies and manage operational implementation across departments.
- Elaborate briefs for external service providers, production companies, and creative teams.
- Follow up on photoshoots from preparation through post-production.
- Coordinate with different internal departments to guarantee deadlines and project planning.
- Guarantee the graphic charter of the brand across all media and formats.
- Handle administrative follow-up for projects.
- Manage influencer campaigns from scouting, selection, and review to evaluation and analysis using the Lefty platform.
- Follow up, report on influencer campaigns, and collaborate with local communication and marketing teams.
- Act as an intermediary between communications and digital departments for PR and influencer activations on social channels.
- Develop communication, events, and influencer marketing guidelines for global message alignment.
What We're Looking For
- Maximum 3 years of experience after graduation (required for graduate contract).
- 1–2 years of experience; a previous internship in a Marketing department is a significant plus.
- Education in Marketing & Business, Advertising, or Communications.
- Fluent in Spanish & English (writing and speaking).
- Creative profile with a sensitivity to the Fashion and Beauty industry.
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Impressive project management and organizational abilities.
- Highly organized, reactive, flexible, and a strong problem-solver.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
