Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual and group coaching to strengthen employees' spoken and written communication abilities.
  • Evaluate communication skills through performance reviews, call monitoring, and written evaluations.
  • Create tailored development plans to support individual employee progress and performance.
  • Offer actionable, constructive feedback to enhance clarity, professionalism, and confidence in communication.
  • Lead training sessions on professional communication for new hires.
  • Conduct ongoing training for current employees to reinforce effective communication habits.
  • Design and revise training content, practice exercises, and communication protocols.
  • Host workshops on business writing techniques.
  • Host workshops on proper email communication standards.
  • Host workshops on maintaining a professional tone in interactions.
  • Host workshops on practicing active listening skills.
  • Host workshops on effective client-facing communication.
  • Host workshops on resolving communication-related conflicts.
  • Partner with team leads, quality assurance, and management to identify communication challenges impacting performance.
  • Assist in designing performance improvement strategies for employees needing communication support.
  • Suggest improvements to team-level communication practices and workflows.
  • Help define and uphold organizational standards for professional communication.
  • Review emails, reports, and client correspondence for clarity and professionalism.
  • Support the creation of standardized communication templates and documentation.
  • Monitor individual development and submit coaching summaries to leadership.
  • Evaluate training impact using assessments, feedback, and performance data.
  • Provide data-driven suggestions to refine communication training programs.
  • Stay informed on current trends in corporate communication, coaching methods, and soft skills.
  • Propose innovative training programs to advance communication capabilities.
  • Support broader employee development and professional growth efforts across the organization.
