WeatherXM is hiring Commission-Based Sales Representatives in Kenya to introduce our hyperlocal weather data services to local organizations. This part-time, fully remote role is ideal for self-starters seeking flexible income. You’ll represent a company building a community-powered weather network that combines Web3, IoT, and AI to create decentralized weather infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Promote and sell WeatherXM’s hyperlocal weather data services.
- Identify and contact local businesses, agritech firms, research institutes, and government bodies.
- Educate prospects on the value of accurate weather data and help close deals.
- Work independently while receiving guidance from our central team.
- Use a simple CRM tool to track activity and leads.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, customer service, call centers, field sales, or other people-facing roles.
- Confidence in speaking to people and explaining product benefits.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English.
- Reliable internet access and access to a mobile or computer.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling technology, agricultural, or weather-related products.
- Knowledge of regional climate challenges or data needs.
- Background in startups or remote work environments.
