Moeve is looking for a Commercial Structuring professional to join our corporate development team. In this role, you will structure and execute complex commercial transactions that are critical to our strategic growth.

What You'll Do

Structure and execute complex commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Analyze financial models, assess risks, and develop deal structures that align with strategic objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and operations to drive business growth and optimize deal outcomes.
Conduct due diligence, negotiate terms, and prepare transaction documentation.
Monitor post-deal integration and performance to ensure strategic goals are met.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or commercial structuring.
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
Proven track record in structuring and executing M&A transactions.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Nice to Have

MBA or advanced degree.
Experience in the energy, technology, or industrial sectors.
CFA or similar professional certification.
International deal experience.
Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools.
