U-Haul is looking for a Commercial Senior Relationship Manager specializing in Middle Market and Commercial Real Estate. In this role, you will manage an assigned portfolio of the most complex and significant loan and deposit relationships with major businesses. You’ll be responsible for developing new business, cross-selling, and servicing existing accounts to drive growth and profitability.
What You'll Do
- Service customers seeking loan and/or deposit relationships of large dollar amounts and high complexity.
- Interview applicants to understand their business needs, evaluate credit information, and make relationship recommendations.
- Maximize the department’s profitability by maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio.
- Monitor existing loans to ensure conformity with terms and keep credit files current and complete.
- Participate in a formal call program to develop new loan, deposit, and fee-based business.
- Follow market trends to increase business in established and developing markets.
- Represent the Bank in civic and community activities.
- Manage and retain existing clients and work closely with internal contacts to service them.
- May coach and mentor junior relationship managers.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree or four years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of seven years of commercial portfolio management experience.
- Strong financial analysis skills and knowledge of banking credit principles.
- General knowledge of banking and the Bank’s various commercial fee-based products.
- Applied knowledge of Bank policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel using diplomacy.
- Ability to sell effectively to prospects and clients.
- Excellent presentation skills.
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $115,703.73 - $192,839.55 (USD).
