About the Role

ServiceNow is hiring a Commercial Sales Director to own and drive revenue growth through strategic sales leadership. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial sales strategies across key market segments.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive commercial sales strategy
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of success in a senior commercial sales or sales leadership role
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies for enterprise software or SaaS platforms
  • Strong ability to build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive complex deals
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Work Mode

This position offers a hybrid work model. Candidates can be based Remotely or in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States.
