You will work closely with teams across Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and local market stakeholders to ensure coordinated and timely execution. YOU WILL - Lead commercialization projects across multiple regions and markets, ensuring alignment with commercial and regional strategies. - Drive go‑to‑market execution and support planning, preparation, and orchestration of commercialization activities. - Manage project scope and timelines, define deliverables, and ensure readiness across all channels. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to secure alignment and operational consistency. - Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and process bottlenecks. - Ensure data accuracy for all commercial and product‑related information. - Lead stakeholder communication, including structured updates to senior leadership. - Drive execution excellence across materials, logistics, readiness, and internal coordination. - Continuously improve processes, tools, and cross‑market collaboration frameworks. - Coordinate international collaboration with regional teams and participate in international business travel to support cross‑market execution and stakeholder engagement.
