Responsibilities
- Lead commercialization efforts across multiple regions, ensuring consistency with regional and commercial strategies.
- Execute go-to-market plans by coordinating planning, preparation, and implementation of commercial activities.
- Define project deliverables, manage scope, and maintain timelines across all distribution channels.
- Work with teams in Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and operational challenges and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate data for all product and commercial information used in project execution.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders, including regular, structured reporting to senior leadership.
- Ensure high-quality execution across materials, logistics, team readiness, and internal coordination.
- Improve processes, tools, and collaboration frameworks to enhance cross-market efficiency.
- Coordinate with regional teams internationally and engage in business travel to support execution and relationships.
