Graham is looking for a Commercial Product Specialist to play a key role in executing and sustaining the company's Commercial business plan. Reporting to the Commercial Improvement Manager, you will support the Corporate Division by driving commercial improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and execute commercial improvement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
- Lead sustainment activities by maintaining tools, standards, documentation, and performance metrics within the Graham Management System (GMS).
- Manage stakeholder feedback, prioritize enhancements, and facilitate transparent feedback loops across teams.
- Develop and implement change management, communication, and training plans to support adoption of new processes and tools.
- Analyze data and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor initiative outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend actions.
What We're Looking For
- Post-secondary education in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in commercial operations, strategy, transformation, product management, or process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Jira, DevOps, or Asana is considered an asset.
