About the Role

Braze is looking for a Commercial Partnerships Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the Sales organization by managing strategic relationships with Services and Technology partners. You will be responsible for executing revenue-driving programs, evangelizing the Braze value proposition, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate new business pipeline.

What You'll Do

  • Execute revenue-driving programs and initiatives, evangelizing the Braze value proposition within our partner community.
  • Drive strategic alignment between Braze and our partner ecosystem to accelerate commercial development and pole position within the marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Work with Strategic Partners, Sales, BDR and Marketing to develop a joint Braze strategy and GTM business plan that includes co-selling and sourcing revenue.
  • Execute GTM plans and create vertical-specific practice development plans, delivering successful outcomes for our customers through partners.
  • Build out program strategy and lead Business Development with firms to drive impact for the business.
  • Build alignment with team sales leads to drive commitment on key partnership goals and strategic initiatives by maintaining access and influence with key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with Partnerships, Sales, and Business Development teams to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • 4+ years experience in Customer Engagement Sales, Partnerships, or Customer Success with a demonstrated history of obtaining and overachieving on targets.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the MarTech Ecosystem.
  • Adaptive and agile in a quickly changing environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills coupled with unparalleled follow up skills.
  • Strong drive and character qualities that match with Braze's Core Values and inspire others to follow and act.
  • Comfortable learning new things and navigating high-change environments.
  • Commitment to a collaborative environment infused with professionalism, integrity, passion, and accountability.

This role is part of the AMER Commercial Partnerships team within the Global Commercial Partnerships organization.

  • Compensation range: $50,500 - $56,100/year + equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs).

Work Mode

This role is based in our Austin, TX office.
