Responsibilities
- Maintain daily functionality of sales engagement and orchestration platforms to support field teams effectively.
- Handle first-line support inquiries involving access rights, system permissions, configuration guidance, and resolution of common tool problems.
- Perform administration and governance duties to ensure standardized setups, efficient processes, and a positive user experience.
- Oversee the stability of integrations and data movement between go-to-market systems, identifying issues and aiding optimization efforts.
- Support data integrity through regular audits, quality assurance procedures, and maintenance of critical workflow documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Enablement, and Business Applications teams to drive system adoption, refine processes, and measure performance using usage and pipeline data.
- Support continuous improvement by contributing to process documentation, knowledge dissemination, and operational best practices.
