Coca-Cola FEMSA is seeking a Commercial Manager to coordinate the execution of commercial processes within stores in their assigned district to meet the established strategy and goals. This is a people leadership role based in Culiacán, contributing to our mission of generating economic and social value.
What You'll Do
- Manage direct suppliers to ensure the fulfillment of the district supply strategy for correct execution.
- Execute national and regional Fast Food strategy in the district to increase sales and achieve profitability.
- Manage the execution of action plans supporting the district's defined strategy to increase sales and margin.
- Monitor performance indicators and manage plans to optimize time.
- Manage the district's pricing and promotions strategy to increase margin.
- Perform analysis, propose changes, and ensure the best product variety in the district in line with strategy.
- Request and enable store equipment through the corresponding systems.
- Fulfill team development through the application of the company's Culture processes and rituals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in commercial topics.
- Key competencies: Strategic Vision, Decision Making, Systemic Thinking, and Effective Relationships.
Team & Environment
This role is a Líder de Gente (People Leader), responsible for developing team members within the commercial structure.
Work Mode
This position is onsite in Culiacán.
