BancFirst is hiring a Commercial Loan Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for making and servicing complex business and individual loans, handling both large and small credits. You'll develop new business and manage existing credit relationships to ensure asset quality and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

Monitor and manage existing credit relationships, including renewals, financial statement analysis, collateral valuations, and covenant monitoring.
Negotiate loan proposals, analyze credit requests, write loan commitments, and prepare memos for credit approval.
Develop new business by calling on existing and prospective customers, promoting and cross-selling bank services.
Facilitate resolution of operational problems for customers within BancFirst Mid-Del.
Serve as the primary referral source for client financial services across the bank.
Participate in community and professional activities to enhance the bank's image and develop new business.
Perform other job-related duties and projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Extensive knowledge and understanding of commercial lending practices.
Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Demonstrated capacity to sell products and services within the financial services industry.
Extensive understanding of credit underwriting, documentation, loan policy, and regulations.
Extensive knowledge of financial analysis including ratio and trend analysis and projections.
Specialized knowledge of the Oklahoma City market.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare persuasive verbal and written reports and presentations.
Efficient computer skills including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet applications, and financial analysis.
