Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain an assigned portfolio of commercial accounts, providing prompt, precise, and professional client service.
- Secure new and renewal business by coordinating with producers and adhering to defined operational processes.
- Respond to client inquiries about coverage, suggest appropriate solutions, and manage policy modifications, audits, endorsements, and certificates.
- Distribute insurance documentation, reconcile account balances, collect payments, and support clients with service requests and escalated issues.
- Recognize opportunities for expanding account coverage and cross-selling to improve client risk protection.
- Ensure client data accuracy in AMS360 and follow established commercial lines protocols using available resources.
- Stay informed about industry developments, product offerings, pricing trends, and underwriting standards.
- Evaluate renewal quotes, detect discrepancies, and recommend competitive pricing options.
- Engage in discussions about renewal strategies and work closely with marketing teams and insurance carriers.
- Provide guidance to new team members and help foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
