Responsibilities
- Design and deliver interactive training programs focused on commercial competencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and performance gaps
- Develop curriculum materials tailored to diverse learner audiences
- Lead instructor-led sessions both in-person and virtually
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and market trends
- Support onboarding programs for new commercial team members
- Coach field personnel on sales methodologies and best practices
- Ensure training content aligns with regulatory and compliance standards
- Adapt training approaches based on regional and cultural differences
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate learning into business initiatives
- Track learner progress and report on training outcomes
- Update training materials based on evolving business requirements
- Facilitate workshops and skill practice sessions
- Promote a culture of continuous learning within commercial teams
- Use learning management systems to deploy and manage training
- Provide input on training strategy and long-term learning roadmaps
- Troubleshoot technical issues during virtual training delivery
- Standardize training processes across regions
- Mentor junior training team members
- Gather and incorporate participant feedback for continuous improvement
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all training materials
- Support certification programs for sales roles
- Maintain training records and compliance documentation
- Travel as needed to support regional training needs
