Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding and implementation process for commercial and mid-tier clients
  • Assist clients in setting up and fine-tuning the platform within their development and CI/CD pipelines
  • Deliver training sessions, onboarding workshops, and technical enablement programs
  • Review configuration and integration setups to confirm alignment with best practices and value optimization
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in collaboration with Support, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Act as a technical resource for resolving complex deployment and adoption obstacles
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to promote platform adoption and technical well-being
  • Establish strong technical relationships with developers, engineering leads, and platform teams
  • Collect user feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance platform usability
  • Develop internal resources including onboarding guides, documentation, and troubleshooting references
  • Maintain expertise in AI-driven development tools, developer efficiency, cloud systems, and CI/CD environments
  • Enhance the scalability and consistency of onboarding and customer enablement processes
