What You'll Do
Manage and strengthen relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners to support long-term commercial success. You'll play a key role in preparing and negotiating contracts, pricing structures, and commercial terms, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Conduct in-depth market research to uncover new business prospects and track competitor strategies. Monitor sales performance using key commercial metrics, and produce regular reports to inform decision-making. You'll also lead a team of commercial agents, guiding them in executing strategy for a specific segment of the product portfolio.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently, while identifying ways to improve processes and reduce operational costs. Maintain precise records of all sales activities, contracts, and customer engagements within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Bring at least three years of experience in sales, business development, or a commercial-focused role.
- Demonstrate sharp commercial awareness and a solid grasp of profitability drivers.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and presentations, with strong negotiation capabilities.
- Show proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and CRM platforms.
- Work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Stay organized, manage time efficiently, and adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
- Be comfortable using digital tools and adapting to changes in a technology-driven workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of commercial contract structures and legal terminology.
- Background in e-wallets or digital payment systems, either locally or internationally.
- Advanced data analysis skills using Excel.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English; French language ability is an added advantage.
