About the Role

Medneo UK is looking for a Commercial Development Manager to play a critical role in driving the commercial growth and utilisation of our market-leading mobile diagnostic imaging services. You will translate clinical needs into compelling service solutions, focusing on revenue delivery and expanding our presence within NHS and independent healthcare providers.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver mobile imaging revenue in line with agreed budget and EBITDA targets.
  • Develop and maintain a robust and qualified sales pipeline to support sustainable business growth.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new commercial opportunities within NHS and independent healthcare providers.
  • Ensure optimal utilisation and pricing performance across mobile scanner deployments.
  • Monitor commercial performance and produce regular pipeline, revenue, and activity reports.
  • Act as the named commercial lead for a portfolio of mobile customers.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for service expansion.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and a strong customer experience.
  • Lead the identification, preparation, and submission of competitive tenders.
  • Develop compelling commercial proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create clear, high-quality tender responses.
  • Monitor national and local procurement opportunities to identify upcoming bids.
  • Maintain strong awareness of the UK diagnostic imaging market.
  • Monitor competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
  • Network across healthcare systems to expand Medneo’s profile and reputation.
  • Provide insights to support pricing strategy and commercial planning.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Director, Operations Director, Regional Mobile Managers, and central support teams.
  • Support operational teams with commercial insight and customer engagement.
  • Mentor and guide colleagues on business development best practice.

Team & Environment

You will report to the Business Development Director and work closely with the Operations Director, Regional Mobile Managers, and central support teams.
