Taboola is looking for a Solutions Engineer based in New York City to partner closely with Sales and Account Management teams. You will be instrumental in driving success for our global advertisers by managing technical onboarding, performance, and optimization.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end technical onboarding process, including Taboola pixel implementation and conversion tracking.
- Perform technical troubleshooting to identify and proactively solve issues.
- Conduct in-depth campaign performance analysis and provide delivery and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
- Design methodologies and tools to improve customer service and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Build comprehensive knowledge of Taboola's advertising products to meet diverse marketing objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager role.
- Experience with tracking implementation methods such as Shopify, WordPress, or DCM.
- Proficiency working with SQL, Google Analytics, APIs, and Mobile SDKs.
- Proven ability to drive client success through effective questioning, objection handling, and strategic selling.
- Strong customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical analysis for non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and mobile measurement partners like Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava, or Branch.
- Knowledge of the ad ecosystem, including DSPs, audience targeting, ad operations, and ad buying.
- Experience working with JavaScript and CSS/HTML.
