Electrify America is seeking a Batteries Strategy Intern to join the Strategy, Analytics & Benchmarking team. This team develops a holistic overall picture of the battery strategy for the Volkswagen Group, focusing on sustainability and strategic foresight to secure a long-term leading competitive position for its products.
What You'll Do
- Conduct trend analyses and support the development of strategic topics in batteries and e-mobility.
- Work on competitive analyses, benchmarking, and strategic foresight.
- Familiarize yourself with existing systems and contribute to the further development of the tool landscape.
- Support the development of strategies for the deployment and further development of battery cells and systems.
- Coordinate requirements from vehicle projects for future battery projects.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree with a technical and/or business administration background or comparable qualification.
- Initial experience in project management as well as technical understanding and enthusiasm for e-mobility.
- An independent and structured way of working.
- Confident appearance in lectures and presentations, and strong communication skills.
- English language skills at a B2 level.
- Secure MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
Nice to Have
- Initial experience with software development and AI is an advantage.
