Taboola is hiring a Solutions Engineer in Atlanta to be a key technical partner for our global advertisers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure advertiser success through expert onboarding, performance analysis, and technical problem-solving.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end technical onboarding processes, including Taboola pixel implementation and conversion tracking.
- Perform technical troubleshooting to identify and proactively solve client issues.
- Conduct campaign performance analysis and provide delivery and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
- Design methodologies and tools to improve customer service and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Build in-depth knowledge of Taboola advertising products to meet diverse marketing objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager role.
- Experience with tracking implementation methods (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, DCM).
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Google Analytics, APIs and Mobile SDKs.
- Proven ability to drive client success through effective questioning, objection handling, and strategic selling.
- Strong customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical analysis for non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and mobile measurement partners (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust).
- Knowledge of the ad ecosystem, including DSPs, audience targeting, ad operations, and ad buying.
- Experience with JavaScript and CSS/HTML.
