Responsibilities
- Rotate through core departments within the commercial division on a scheduled basis
- Apply foundational sales and marketing concepts in real-world healthcare settings
- Participate fully in required training and development initiatives focused on leadership, product expertise, and industry knowledge
- Work alongside seasoned mentors and team members across departments
- Lead assigned projects and drive measurable results during each rotation
- Deliver progress updates and final findings to senior leadership, including the Chief Revenue Officer
- Top performers may be eligible for full-time positions, typically in Sales or client-facing functions, depending on performance and organizational needs
