About the Role

Hologram is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join our global Commercial Legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for high-volume contract negotiations with customers and vendors focused on the LATAM region, supporting the company’s growth with pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice.

What You'll Do

  • Timely preparation, review, and negotiation of a high volume of contracts including master services, consulting, license, and vendor agreements, primarily in English.
  • Advise the business on contractual rights, obligations, and risks, providing pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice.
  • Prepare and deliver training to Sales and other internal groups on legal issues, best practices, and new policies.
  • Work within the Company’s contract management system, maintaining life-cycle requirements and alerting internal clients to key dates.
  • Analyze and revise contracts to ensure compliance with company policy and regulations.
  • Conduct corporate, compliance, and legal research.
  • Coordinate and drive completion of commercial-related projects and other legal team projects for a global, high-growth company.
  • Perform other contract-related activities and projects as assigned.
  • Assist with other legal tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Active license to practice law in your jurisdiction.
  • 4-6 years of commercial law experience, including contract negotiation and administration.
  • Laser-focused attention to detail.
  • Contracts management software experience.
  • Pragmatic, sales-focused, strong work ethic, and team player.
  • High degree of professionalism in a client-service-focused setting.
  • Strong English language written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with various levels of the organization, including senior management.
  • Sound legal judgment, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Diligent, great organizational and people skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm to get involved in new areas of law/jurisdictions.
  • Able to think on your feet, multitask, prioritize, and be proactive.
  • Ability to provide clear guidance on complex and sensitive issues with an appropriate sense of commercial risk.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Mode

This role is based in Mexico and operates within a global, remote-first team structure.
