Responsibilities
- Evaluate and refine commercial agreements and legal documentation efficiently and accurately.
- Work with legal colleagues to analyze contractual language and pinpoint critical duties, risks, and inconsistencies.
- Utilize internal systems and processes to enhance the efficiency of document evaluation.
- Detect recurring issues or inefficiencies in contract review workflows and recommend optimizations.
- Support the development of standardized templates and procedural guidelines for common contract types.
- Collaborate across departments with engineering and operations to improve legal service delivery methods.
Compensation
US Pay Range is $140,000 - $175,000 base salary
