HighLevel is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join our Legal Operations team. This position plays a key role in supporting the company’s commercial legal needs.
What You'll Do
- Provide legal support and guidance on a variety of commercial matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal risk and compliance.
- Contribute to the development of processes and policies for the Legal Operations team.
What We're Looking For
- A law degree and admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in a commercial legal role, preferably within a technology company.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position for candidates located in India.
