Jitterbit is hiring a Commercial Account Manager to drive new business and expand existing client portfolios. In this role, you will be instrumental in achieving profitable growth by building deep client relationships and delivering tailored security solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development of new business opportunities and actively manage existing client portfolios to deliver year-on-year profitable growth.
- Build deep relationships with clients, understand their business objectives, and deliver tailored security solutions that evolve with their needs.
- Share responsibility for branch financial performance, including revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and transform traditional services into intelligent, integrated solutions.
- Conduct regular client reviews, KPI/SLA meetings, and strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Monitor competitors, gather local market insights, and use data to inform commercial strategies and service improvements.
- Work closely with operations and commercial teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
- Design and implement local commercial plans, lead price negotiations, and manage transformation pipelines.
- Continuously assess service provision and propose alternative models to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Champion client-centricity by identifying solution gaps and driving innovation to meet evolving market needs.
