Jitterbit is looking for a Contract & Commercial Specialist to support the commercial and contractual governance framework for our technology supplier portfolio in the UK&I market. You'll act as a commercial partner for the end-to-end source-to-contract lifecycle, drive contractual compliance, and embed company processes with the extended team.
What You'll Do
- Manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date
- Support sourcing activities during the RFP/RFI process
- Manage stakeholders throughout contracting processes
- Draft and review contract documents
- Work with stakeholders to negotiate contract terms and commercials with suppliers
- Monitor and manage supplier risks using globally approved processes
- Liaise with the internal legal team and external counsel
- Work with the Supplier Contracts & Commercial Consultant to resolve any contractual disputes
- Build and maintain good relationships with supplier partners
- Update the contracts database with all new and renewed contracts
Team & Environment
You will operate within the Supplier Management team as part of the Running Great Restaurant Technology department. You will work closely with the Global Vendor Management Office and Market Legal Team, reporting to the Supplier Contracts & Commercial Consultant.
