Jitterbit is looking for a Technical Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will function as a key member of the Technical Service organization, taking personal responsibility for ensuring customers perceive value-added service from initial contact through to resolution.
What You'll Do
- Examine claims information and test samples to approve, deny, negotiate, and settle warranty claims.
- Work with National, Regional, and Territory Sales Managers to facilitate remote and field claim inspections.
- Provide training on claims handling, technical needs, test methods, and inspection procedures to appropriate personnel.
- Arrange third-party field inspections to maintain service commitments.
- Effectively communicate pertinent information to a wide-ranging audience within distribution channels.
- Communicate appropriately with outside attorneys and other legal system personnel.
- Develop and maintain product expertise in application, usage, building techniques, and compatible components.
- Provide verbal and written technical assistance to customers and help develop accurate installation instructions.
