LON3 London is hiring a Collections Executive based at 51 Lime Street to manage client accounts and payments for corporate clients with outstanding documents. You'll ensure smooth financial operations and deliver high-quality client service.
What You'll Do
- Generate monthly statements of account for all corporate clients with pending payment documents.
- Resolve queries and provide first-class attention and service to all clients.
- Handle client calls and attend to emails with orders and client requirements.
- Follow up on client orders and route the order or requirement if necessary.
- Determine if consultation with another area regarding the client's order is needed.
- Follow up and provide guidance on payment methods.
- Follow up on payments from the client.
- Follow up to ensure payment applications are fulfilled by the Insurance Company.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in insurance companies.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Intermediate level of English.
Nice to Have
- A technical degree in insurance.
