Williams Lea by RRD is hiring a Collator Operator

Sets up and operates collating and/or labeling/patching machines to produce value added enhancements to in-process work Review specifications and set up equipment that perform forms collating from web rolls, label affixing, or window patching to printed or in-process materials specific to the customer's requirements Equipment operated may perform functions related to assembling and perforating signatures, stapling, gluing, folding, or cutting sheets of paper, forms, or signatures in specified sequence to form completed sets or die cut and apply labels or films to paper substrates Perform safety inspections, document problems, and track production during operation Shift: 2nd - Monday - Friday Hours: 3pm to 11pm Shift Premium: $2 per hour Sign on Bonus: $2000 (applicable to new hires only) Disclosure: The pay range for this role at the noted location is $19.16 to $21.53 hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
