Prelude is seeking a Cold Outreach Specialist to own and execute our outbound email outreach strategy from start to finish. You will be responsible for driving quality engagement from prospects, helping build a predictable outbound channel that fuels our sales pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Research, identify, validate, and segment contact lists of high-fit prospects using tools like Instantly, Clay, LinkedIn, and more.
- Design, write, and launch cold email sequences that resonate with our ICPs, including thoughtful hooks and CTAs.
- Continuously optimize campaigns by A/B testing subject lines, sequencing, and send timing to improve conversion rates.
- Track performance metrics like open rates, reply rates, and response rates, and report on insights to maximize pipeline impact.
- Pass qualified responses to the sales team with clear context and accurate tagging in our CRM, HubSpot.

- Proven experience crafting outbound email campaigns that drive tangible business results.
- Experience sourcing and validating prospect emails and data.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write concise and compelling messages tailored to different personas.
- Experience using tools like Instantly, Clay, and HubSpot.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
- Enthusiasm for our mission and excitement about our product.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with deliverability best practices and email authentication.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar systems for tracking pipeline and outreach.
