Responsibilities
- Researching, identifying, validating and segmenting contact lists of high-fit prospects, using tools like Instantly, Clay, LinkedIn and more
- Designing, writing and launching cold email sequences resonating with our ICPs, including thoughtful hooks and CTAs
- Optimizing continuously - A/B testing subject lines, sequencing and send timing to improve conversion rates
- Tracking performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, response rates), and reporting on insights to maximise pipeline impact
- Passing qualified responses to the sales team with clear context and accurate tagging in our CRM, HubSpot
Requirements
- Proven experience crafting outbound email campaigns driving tangible business results
- Experience sourcing and validating prospect emails and data
- Excellent copywriting skills - able to write concise and compelling messages well tailored to different personas, with an understanding of when (and when not!) to use AI
- Experience using tools like Instantly, Clay, and HubSpot
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance data
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with deliverability best practices and email authentication, and experience with HubSpot or similar systems for tracking pipeline and outreach
- Enthusiasm for our mission and excitement about our product!
