Paired is hiring a proactive Cold Caller Appointment Setter for a US-based client company. This fully remote role involves prospecting potential clients, introducing services, and setting up qualified appointments for the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Contact potential clients via phone to introduce our services
- Utilize a provided list of leads and effectively engage them to schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM system
- Work towards daily and weekly appointment setting goals
- Provide feedback on lead quality and share insights from calls
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of leads and appointments
- Familiarity with CRM systems and willingness to learn new tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
