Responsibilities
- Perform all lining tasks required by the area lead, according to work orders.
- Laminate rubber on the mill and prepare mixes as needed to execute tasks.
- Communicate and work closely with Quality Control.
- Support general workshop requirements and maintain order and cleanliness.
- Maintain a safe work environment, complying with labor practices and health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school.
- Employment certificate in a similar role.
- At least 1 year of experience in rubber lining.
- Knowledge of lining types, rubber milling/lamination, materials, metrology, calculations, quality control, and ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings.
- Operation of power tools (grinder, angle grinder, etc.).
