BlueLabs is looking for a Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer to shape a new healthcare startup from its inception. You will define the vision, product, and company trajectory, backed by a seasoned startup studio with deep industry connections.

What You'll Do

Co-manage the entire company and set its strategic direction.
Lead product development and growth strategy from zero to scale.
Drive revenue through smart sales plays, market expansion, and key partnerships.
Recruit, inspire, and lead a top-tier team.
Identify market gaps and translate them into innovative products and services.
Stay ahead of industry and technology trends to find new opportunities.
Own the startup’s financial health, including budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
Set the company tone with integrity, energy, and execution excellence.

What We're Looking For

3+ years in a leadership role at a startup.
3+ years of experience in healthcare or medtech.
Proven experience taking a project from idea → MVP → market launch → growth.
Strong grasp of technology trends and business development strategies.
Exceptional networking skills and ability to close strategic deals.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills.
Comfort operating in high-speed, high-uncertainty environments.
Solid project and process management skills.
Fluency in Polish and English.
